Masterplan

The Eyisan Agro Smart City masterplan shows the full 80-acre estate layout, including residential plots, commercial zone, agricultural institute, crop farming zone, livestock farming zone, utilities, roads, drainage, buffer zones and green recreational areas.

Residential Zone

The residential zone includes 160 total planned residential units: 80 three-bedroom bungalows, 40 four-bedroom terraces and 40 five-bedroom duplexes.

Commercial & Community Zone

Planned facilities include a supermarket, retail shops, clinic/health centre, service outlets and community hall.

Agriculture Zone

Dedicated crop farming and livestock farming areas support the agro-residential model, including greenhouse farming, open crop farming, poultry, piggery, goat pen and fish pond areas.

Utilities & Services

The masterplan includes utility and service areas such as water treatment, overhead water tank, power house, feed store, staff area and waste management facilities.

Agricultural Institute
